Basic supply of 100MB/s inbound and 10MB/s outbound for everyone in the house. You want more? Own connection at own expense is possible.
Free drinks
Coffee, cappuccino, espresso, milk coffee and various well-chilled soft drinks are available 24/7 free of charge in the lounge with a panoramic view of Essen.
20% discount in the cafe on the ground floor
Homemade cakes, small dishes ("normal" and also vegetarian/vegan) and healthy fruit and vegetable drinks on the ground floor.
Mini market in the lounge
Beer, wine and various groceries are sold by our mini market group on a trust basis and are available 24/7.
Commons = everyone can take it
If there is anything left over or after a party, we put the leftovers in a fridge in the lounge, from which you can help yourself at any time.
beds for your guests
There are often guests in the house, and for this we have set up a room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). Can be reserved very cheaply.
Wellness
Sauna, relaxation room, massage room can be used by everyone at any time. Guests are also welcome as long as the inviting person is present. And roommates can always come along.

Bicycle, motorcycle, car
The bicycle cellar in the basement is free as long as not too much is parked there. And a 2-minute walk away we have a private underground car park where you can rent parking spaces for your car or motorbike.

Each apartment has a storage room, shared flats do not have one. But you can rent different sized storage rooms 2 minutes walk away.
package acceptance
You get packages from time to time? If you wish, you can leave them in our cafe on the ground floor, but please do not leave them there for longer than 3 days.
multimedia room
Dolby Surround, Full HD projector, selection of DVDs, Apple TV, Mac with wireless keyboard, comfortable sofas. Have fun!
Concierge
Support for new tenants, meetings, events, letting craftsmen in... Our concierge takes care of many things that make living nicer and that a landlord normally does not offer.
Fitness-Studio
We have a corporate contract with the obvious one Punch Gym. You can become a member there at reduced prices. Please ask about the generation cult house prize.
Clean
First of all, please clear away your own dirt. And paid cleaners come at fixed intervals.

Apartmentsare always unfurnished, and the rent does not include additional costs, as is usual with apartment rentals.
Shared roomare furnished and all utilities (including electricity) are included. Upon agreement, unfurnished rooms can also be rented with a 5% discount, but there may be costs for the removal and storage of the furniture that is normally present in the room. Please inquire in individual cases.
Tip: According to the BFH (file number VI R78/10), students can deduct the costs of shared rooms from tax if the place of study is not the center of their life (i.e. if they still live with their parents). As far as my understanding goes, I'm not an expert on such questions - please clarify for yourself if this is interesting.

Please don't be disappointed if there isn't much free at the moment! We are a very young house, and time and again someone moves out because they are moving in with a partner, being transferred to another city,... Please just ask, we usually know in advance what will be available soon.
